The application of Micro-supercapacitors (MSCs) is constrained by factors such as low energy density, restricted stretchability, and diminished specific capacitance values under high strain conditions. Both deformable separators and electrodes are crucial for achieving synergistic stretchability in devices. Here in this work, we have shown a post-growth and modification strategy to obtain extremely porous yet highly internally stretchable electrodes for MSCs. Gigantic 292 mF/cm2 specific capacitance was achieved with ~300% deformability in this research work. The proposed device shows over 95% capacitance retention under different bending angles and deformations. Wireless charging of Micro-supercapacitors (MSCs) through Bluetooth connectivity is demonstrated to power healthcare and sensing electronics. |
